I love an Indian and did used to order from masala bites but honestly Simla spice is amazing my aunty used to order from here for years and knew the family that owned it, but my aunty sadly passed away. Food is absolutely amazing always piping hot and full of flavour! the staff are always very friendly and can’t do enough to help you! will carry on using Simla spice for as long as it’s open as I love Indian food!!

Food was absolutely amazing. Tasted good, boiling hot and great flavour. Only thing that let it down was the Papadoms were a bit stale and we received the wrong chicken starter :)

I have been coming to Simla for many years now and I wouldn't order anywhere else. I've never had a bad meal and the curries are always beautiful and piping hot on arrival! Staff are always happy and friendly, I would definitely recommend.

Order took 1.40 hrs and several phone calls later to arrive almost cold. Very unhappy

Food was nearly an hour late, when it arrived it was cold but nann bread was warm. Disappointed in the Simla their normally pretty good, that’s twice now that we have had poor service.. Simla sort yourselves out

Lovely food but always late. 1 hour delivery time, food arrived after 2 hours.

Curry was very nice. Delivery was 20 minutes late but I didn't mind as the food was really hot when it arrived.

Ordered on line st 6.50pm was told we'd get it by 7.35pm .then had email to ssy order was cancelled. Then had phone cl to say ignore email .phoned them at 8pm.was told it would be at least another 20mins as they were busy .I told them I'd ordered over an hour ago was told nothing they could do .good finally arrived 8.30p.

I have ordered from Simla spice for years, but today the rice was very watery. Other than that the chicken and the rest was lovely!

only let down was I asked for no onions but as usual there were loads of big chunky ones otherwise food was lovely

I have been ordering from here for years but tonight I was disgusted by the way I was treated firstly the food was later than expected then they missed off half the order my food was freezing by the time it arrived so I phoned the takeaway to tell them and the manager basically told me I was lieing and he didn’t believe me after I explained again he said I could have a full refund if I contacted kukd which I did they phoned him to confirm and he denied this so I phoned back and he would not speak to me on the phone then kukd contacted me back and said if I drop the food back he would give a full refund which I did and in the shop the guy did not check the food then kukd phoned me back and the guy had rang them back after saying that I stopped him from looking at the food in the takeaway and the food was half gone which it was not as I could not eat it being freezing cold!

Over 15 years we have ordered from Simla and never been disappointed. Delicious food every time.

Always amazing curry from Simla. Great flavours and great curry at a reasonable price. Love the onion bhaji starter it's our favourite and you always get your food on time!
